The Arenal Hanging Bridges are a must-see in your tour of Costa Rica. Located in the migration corridor, this is one of the most beautiful environmental projects in Costa Rica. Join the birds as they make the long trip between North America and South America! The trails and bridges will bring you shockingly close to the beauty of the birds, the flowers and the lush vegetation of the rainforest.
The entire project was designed to blend with the natural environment, leaving the forest virtually untouched. The trails cover a distance of about 3.1 kilometers (2 miles) and are located inside the forest close to the Arenal Volcano. As you walk you will be able to appreciate the great natural diversity of this rainforest.
