We offer dolphin watching + snorkeling excursions from either Puerto Viejo or Cahuita. Choose the tour which works best for you.

Cahuita

Take a beautiful ride along the coast of the Cahuita National Park to spot Atlantic and Bottlenose dolphins. After seeing the dolphins, we cruise back to the reefs of the Cahuita National Park for snorkelling! After the snorkelling we head back to the Cahuita head where we will stop to enjoy a snack of fresh fruits and something to drink. From the head there is the option to walk back through the National Park (unguided) or take a ride back by boat.

Should you wish to combine this tour with a guided hike through the National Park or add a couple of hours fishing to it, please let us know and we will advise price.

A minimum of 2 passengers are required to operate this tour; if you are a solo passenger, please contact us and we will try to book you on a day with other passengers.

Puerto Viejo

Take a beautiful ride along the coast past Manzanillo deep into the Gandoca National park. Near the Panamanian border, Atlantic and Bottlenose dolphins come in to feed in the brackish waters near the Sixaola river. After seeing the dolphins, we cruise back to Mona island for snorkelling and/or diving! Then we continue back up the coast to Punta Uva for our second dive and second snorkelling site. During the trip, lunch is served.

This trip can be done with either snorkeling or scuba diving (for registered divers).

A minimum of 4 passengers are required to operate this tour. If you are less than 4 then you must pay for 4 spots in order to book the tour. If other passengers are found to do the tour as well then a refund will be issued of the extra payment.

There is an 80% chance of seeing the dolphins. Please remember that these living animals are free. During the boat trip you can enjoy the view of the wonderful Caribbean coast, with it's unique nature.
